Retail and Commercial
The practice have carried out a variety of retail developments for Soundstore, Supervalu, Ulster Banks and William O'Brien Self Storage Ltd.
Residential
The practice has been involved in major residential projects since it's founding. These projects include large housing development schemes for Castlelands Constructions Hillback Developments and JOD Developments. We have also been involved in many prestigious one-off residential developments with architectural practices.
Pharmaceutical
The practice has significant experience in major pharmaceutical projects in GlaxoSmithKline and Pfizer's and MSG/Sheering Plough.

Management
Sean Desmond
Managing Director
Sean is a Chartered Civil & Structural Engineer with over 25 years of experience in engineering. Having started his career as a design technician, Sean went on to become a qualified Engineer in the UK. Through taking this route he has gained invaluable experience of the whole design process.
Sean has worked extensively abroad including time spent in the Middle East as well as the UK. He founded his business on his local and international expertise matched with his core values of offering a high quality service that is accountable and trusted by those who engage him.
Sean has senior level experience in detailed design, procurement and construction of commercial, residential, industrial as well as oil & gas projects. His service offers extensive expertise within structural design and project management of civil & structural contracts. In addition to design he also ensures project controls are implemented in terms of quality, schedule, cost and statutory compliances.
When he is not focused on his business, Sean could be spotted on the golf course, running or sim flying.
Extended Team
Beyond his own team, Sean has built up over the years an impressive network of fellow Chartered Engineers, Designers and Technicians. He has at his disposal a full team of experts that support his needs depending on the size and complexity of the project at hand.
